What Oraclely Is — and Is Not
Oraclely is a daily-oracle and divination app for reflection and entertainment. It draws cards and generates readings across tarot, four-pillar (四柱推命), and Western astrology. Readings are for entertainment purposes only. Oraclely does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice, makes no predictions of fact, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need help, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.
By creating an account or using Oraclely you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Oraclely.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
Plans and Billing
- Daily (Free): a daily card and a limited number of reads each month.
- Standard ($9 / month, shown as ¥1,380 on the Japanese locale): unlimited draws and all live divination systems.
- Atelier ($24 / month, ¥3,680): a personalized chart report and unlimited saved card art, plus priority generation.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
Content and Ownership
The card art generated for your readings is yours to keep and share for personal use. The Oraclely name, frame system, interface, and underlying software remain ours. You grant us a limited licence to process the questions and inputs you submit solely to generate your readings and operate the service. We do not use your private questions to train models beyond producing your reading, and we instruct providers to disable training where that option exists.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful, hateful, or deceptive use; no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service; no reselling readings as professional advice.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oraclely is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Because readings are entertainment, decisions you make based on them are your own.
Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to comply with the law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date above; continued use means you accept the changes.
